What do I do if I forgot my password or my password reset link expired?

Forgot your password or your password reset link has expired? Not a problem.

1. Go to https://www.cuspapp.site/login and click "Forgot your password?" to get a new opportunity to update your password.
2. On the Reset Your CUSP Password view:
   1. Enter the email you use to log in the CUSP sharing site 
   2. Click EMAIL PASSWORD RESET LINK.
   3. If your email is not found, you'll receive the following message:
      
      Whoops! Something went wrong.
      We can't find a user with that email address.
      1. If you receive this message, click here to Submit a support request, and the CUSP Help Desk can provide you with the email address associated with your CUSP sharing site account. 
         
         
   4. If you entered an email that is is associated with a CUSP sharing site account, the screen will display green text reading We have emailed your password reset link!
      1. You will receive an email password reset link that will allow you to choose a new one
         • Note: The email comes from CUSP via sendgrid.net, and you may need to check your junk/spam email folder.
      2. When you receive the email, click Reset Password or copy and paste the provided URL into your web browser. 
         • Note: The URL displayed in the image below will not work--the URL provided in the email is specific to your reset password request.
            
         • The Password reset link expires in 60 minutes from when it was requested. If the link has expired, when you attempt to reset your password, you'll receive an error message reading "Whoops! Something went wrong. This password reset token is invalid." 
           • You can request a new link by repeating the steps that start at the top of this page.
