How do I request an account?

  • Register for an account on the CUSP site via the CUSP Registration Page:

  • After you click Register:
    • The screen will display the following message:

  • You will receive an email to Verify your email address. The email will come from no-reply@cuspapp.site with a subject line of "Verify Email Address". You may need to check your spam/junk email folder.
     
  • Click on the Verify Email Address button in the email or copy & paste the link provided in the email into your web browser

  • You'll be redirected to the CUSP Welcome page; click on the red PLEASE UDPATE YOUR PROFILE button, as shown below

  • On your Profile, add all required information (identified with red asterisk *) and click SAVE in each section, for example:

  • Once you save your affiliation:
    • The screen will read:

    • A request for account approval will be sent to the institution's Institutional Representative for the CUSP Site. You'll receive an email confirming this.

  • Access to CUSP begins when your institutional affiliation is confirmed by the institution's Institutional Representative for the CUSP Site. Your access will be limited while confirmation takes place. You will receive an email when your account has been confirmed by the Institutional Representative.

  • If your institution is not listed, email cusphelp@thefdp.org to request adding your institution to the CUSP Sharing Site. You will be notified regarding next steps.
