How do I bookmark a procedure & access bookmarked procedures?

To bookmark a procedure:

  1. Open any procedure from the Procedures list to view it (see How do I View/Read a Procedure, if needed). 
  2. Within the Procedure Viewer (shown below), click on the Bookmark button (bookmark icon) to bookmark the procedure.

To remove the bookmark via the Procedure view:

  1. Simply click again on the bookmark button bookmark will be removed (the Bookmark icon shading will remove).


To access procedures you've bookmarked:

  1. Click on your User icon (picture) at the top right of the sit
  2. Select User Settings
  3. Click on My Bookmarks

  1. A list of procedure that you personally have bookmarked is displayed
  2. Click on any procedure name link to view the procedure description

  3. You can use the Search field to search for any part of a procedure's name, which will limit the list to only procedures that have your searched term(s) in their name. Clicking the "x" to the right of the searched term(s) will clear the search and restore the full list of bookmarked procedures.Image of My Bookmarks list with search field highlighted

To remove a bookmark via the My Bookmarks list:

  1. Click anywhere within the row of that bookmark, which will highlight the row in blue
  2. Click the Delete button above the list to delete the bookmark for that procedure
    • Now, that bookmark will no longer appear in your My Bookmarks list and when the procedure is viewed from the procedures list, it will not show as bookmarked. It can be re-bookmarked if needed by repeating the bookmarking steps that start at the top of this page.
    • Currently, the My Bookmarks list only allows for removing bookmarks one-at-a-time (i.e., the Delete button is not clickable if you select multiple rows on the My Bookmarks list). An enhancement request has been submitted to allow for removing multiple bookmarks together.
