Entering Procedures - Procedure Types	It is not always clear which groupings and topics are associated with which procedure type. To help with this, it is planned to add the listing of procedure types along with all associated groupings and topics to this area. Community/Communications	Is it possible, on the About page, to include a list of institutions that are participating in CUSP (updated anytime an institution joins or leaves) and include an email point of contact for each one? That way if any other CUSP participating institution wants to reach out with a question regarding a specific procedure uploaded by another institution they can. Endorsing Procedures	As an IR, I can only remove endorsements that I personally added. If another IR from my institution added the endorsement, I cannot remove it. This doesn't seem sustainable for the future of the site since it's expected that IRs will leave institutions and any current IRs for the institution should be able to manage all procedure endorsements. Entering Procedures - Child Procedures	Without reviewing the help desk content, it is not clear whether "(child procedure)" should be left in the title (since the title is editable) Consider making that text not removable? May also need to consider how to handle that text if the child procedure ever becomes a parent (e.g., parent procedure is not renewed), which depends on how the Expiration/Renewal process noted in the "Planned Enhancements" section is designed. Publishing Procedures	Save All" published the procedure without warning, even though Publish was not selected. I expected Save All to save the procedure as a draft. I would recommend adding a pop-up before publishing like the pop-up that appears before deleting a procedure confirming that action is in fact desired. Note from HD Team: Help documentation indicates that both SAVE ALL and PUBLISH publish the procedure, so this would be a system change request.	Summer 2024 pilot feedback
Reports	Is it possible to have a list of all institutional procedures- so one can quickly see which are active, archived, drafts in progress, and can then determine what is missing, etc.?	Summer 2024 pilot feedback
Searching Procedures	Allow for more specific procedure searching--searching terms like blood or isoflurane return too many results. Consider adding information to the screen to guide searching. Related: Consider adding the list of groupings and topics here since those are searchable. It was not clear to all users how those are used since they're not displayed on the View Procedures table. IRs can see procedures for their institution that have been flagged by other institutions via their IR dashboard, but a way for users to find procedures they've flagged is needed (e.g., to remove a flag that was added inadvertently).
