CUSP Sharing Site users are encouraged to report any site issues and suggest site improvements. Either can be sent to the CUSP team via a support ticket--click here to submit a support ticket.

A list of issues reported to date that are not yet resolved and, if known, their suggested workarounds, is below.

A list of planned and previously requested site enhancements can be found at Requested Enhancements.

Known issues:

1. Some institutions have been unable to access the CUSP Sharing Site URL.

If you encounter this issue (it might look like the screenshot below), we recommend contacting your institution's IT Support to request that the site be removed from any restricted or blocked lists. The site should be marked as a trusted or safe domain.

2. The download button (pictured below) that appears when viewing a procedure is not yet operational. Clicking on it will not have any result. You can print the procedure to PDF using the print feature (print button to the left of the download button).

3. When Institutional Representatives disable/inactivate a user (as described in How do I disable/inactivate and recover/reactivate a user account? (Institutional Representatives Only), a notification is supposed to be sent to the individual notifying them that their account was inactivated. This notification is not currently sending.

4. Applicable only to Site Administrators (CUSP Steering Committee & Help Desk Team Members): Report results will only export the results that you see on whatever page you’re viewing rather than all results. Reports (e.g., flagged procedures, procedures due to expire) appear when you click 'Reports' under the 'Site' menu.

5. Applicable only to Institutional Representative:

When adding a new user for their institution, they must complete key fields, listed below, which include Last Name and Job Title. After pressing "CREATE USER," the first name, last name, and job title fields update the entered capitalization to initial caps.  It can be corrected by the IR if immediately noticed or anytime by the actual user, but it's something IRs would likely be constantly correcting. The email field does also change the email to all lowercase, which may not always be preferred, but shouldn't interfere with receiving emails.
