Known Issues (not yet resolved)

1. The download button (pictured below) that appears when viewing a procedure is not yet operational. Clicking on it will not have any result.

2. When Institutional Representatives disable/inactivate a user (as described in How do I disable/inactivate and recover/reactivate a user account? (Institutional Representatives Only), a notification is supposed to be sent to the individual notifying them that their account was inactivated. This notification is not currently sending.


3. Applicable only to Site Administrators (CUSP Steering Committee & Help Desk Team Members): Report results will only export the results that you see on whatever page you’re viewing rather than all results. Reports (e.g., flagged procedures, procedures due to expire) appear when you click 'Reports' under the 'Site' menu.
