Procedures your institution has contributed can be archived unless they have been endorsed by another institution or another institution has added a child procedure from the contributed procedure.

To archive a contributed procedure:

  1. Click on the Representative link at the top of the site.

  2. Click on Procedures.

  3. Click on the Active tile under My Procedures.

  4. Locate the active procedure that should be archived and click the Archive button (clock icon).
  5. Complete the Archive Procedure pop-up and press CONTINUE
    • The following error message is returned if archiving a procedure with endorsements and/or child procedures is attempted:

  6. If the procedure is successfully archived:
    1. It will no longer appear in the active procedures list and the number on the Active procedures tile on this page will decrease by one
    2. The number on the Archived procedures tile on this page will increase by one and the procedure will now appear in the list on that page
