Note: Institutional Representatives can also copy any procedure contributed by their institution to create a new (parent) procedure (e.g., to create the same surgery for a different species or to create a different surgery. The copied procedure will automatically populate with information with existing procedure and will allow for editing all fields.

To view all active procedures your institution has contributed:
- Click on the Representative link at the top of the site.
- Select Dashboard.
- Click on the Active tile under My Procedures.
- A list of procedures your institution has contributed is displayed. Click the Copy button (sheets of paper icon) to the right of any procedure to copy it.
- A pop-up window indicating that a draft procedure has been successfully created appears. Click on the View Draft Procedures link on that window to view the list of draft procedures for your institution, which will include this copy.
- The draft procedure can be edited and published when ready. Click on the Edit button (pen icon) to begin editing. See Edit a Procedure and Publish a Draft Procedure for instructions, if needed.
Note: Careful attention should be given to renaming the procedure and updating the procedure details to ensure that a duplicated procedure is not inadvertently published.
